He is presently the most senior member of the Board of Commissioners with 13 years of experience. He has run three successful campaigns having been re-elected to the seat in 2004, 2008, and 2012 and is a candidate for the upcoming 2016 election. Prior to becoming an elected official, Joe worked in private business serving as the Operations Manager and General Manager of Dutchman Hospitality and was also the owner / operator of the Oak Ridge Inn in Walnut Creek, Ohio for 20 years.
