Notice of Second Public Hearing 2017 Community Development Block Grant – Critical Infrastructure Holmes County will be applying to the State of Ohio Development Services Agency for funding under the 2017 Community Development Block Grant Program. Funding shall be requested as a critical infrastructure grant. On June 12th, 2017, the County conducted the first public hearing to inform citizens about the CDBG grant, how it may be used, what activities are eligible, and other program requirements.
